Doule Room for rent

Looking for a new flat mate as my current flat mate is moving out in January 2017.

The property is lower villa in a block of four. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway (I use one space so 1 space free) There is also a private back garden with access to raised decking from the kitchen of the property. Use of shared drying area as well.

The room for rent is a large double with a bay window. The room is unfurnished as my current flat mate's belongings are there. I can however arrange for the room to be furnished if required.

The property has a large living room to share, kitchen with washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer all of which you would have access to. The bathroom has a bath and a power shower.

Bills are not included in the rental price. These are currently around £40 per person per month for Gas/Electric (depending on the time of year)£65 per month per person council tax. We also currently have Sky TV with multi-room and unlimited broadband and a land-line with free evening and weekend calls. This is around £25 per month per person, but subject to negotiation going forward.

A bit about me. I am a professional 44 year old male, I work 9-5 Monday to Friday. I also play in a couple of bands, so usually out rehearsing or playing gigs a few times a week. Looking for someone who would be happy sharing a meal and the odd movie etc as well as respecting each others privacy. I can provide references and contact details for my current flat mate should any references be required.

I should also state that we rented this flat from DJ Alexander and you will have to pass their vetting process, which is nothing more that most landlords will check.
