All bills including heating, gas, council tax & unlimited wifi are covered. Full use of fully fitted kitchen available. A quiet house with no alcohol, smoking or pets allowed, suitable for either a professional or student who is keen to study rather than party.
£200 deposit and 3 weeks rent in advance
