Hello My name is Patrick, and my fiancee and i are looking for a flatmate or a couple to share a flat on Easter Road 206.
I am a chef and my fiancee is a barista and we both work in Leith - 10 minutes away from where we live. We are a quiet and respectful couple.

The rent is £600 pm all bills included with a £350 deposit. The rent will be £600 until the 10th of September, which is when my fiancé is leaving to work abroad. The rent will be £750 from the 10th of September. All the bills and rent are split equally.

For couples, the rent and bills will be divided equally which amounts to £380 per person.

Gas/Electricity £ 100-120 pm

The flat has a large living room, bathroom, small kitchen, 2 large bedrooms and 2 small storage rooms ( 1 available for you to use)

I am looking for quiet and respectful people who will pay bills on time and who will contribute to keeping the flat nice, tidy and organised.

I regularly bring baked goods from work such as scones and cakes which can be seen as a bonus (:
