Double room in friendly 2 bed flat

Hi, I have a double room available from 21st December. I'm a live in landlord but can't figure out how to change it on here! I work as cabin crew so will normally be away 2-3 nights at a time. As I'm away quite a lot, I'd like someone who will keep the flat clean while I'm away. I would like someone of similar age, between 27 and 34, who is friendly, social & could be a friend aswell as just a flatmate. I don't want someone who is going to sit in their room all the time. I'd also prefer someone whose mother tongue is English.

There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living/dining room, kitchen, front garden, wifi and free parking. The bus stop is just outside with bus routes 1, 2 and 22 which are great for the city centre and the gyle/edinburgh park. It's also very easy to get to the city bypass. There are a few local shops just round the corner including Tesco express, Greggs & Bains butchers. Pure Gym is a bit further along the road.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The carpet is a neutral colour.

Minimum tenancy period is 6 months and the notice period to end tenancy is 4 weeks.
