Double bedroom available from 20 MAY in a two room flat (lodger rent*).

*There is NO LIVING ROOM as it's been converted into a second bedroom which I occupy, therefore consider this carefully before messaging.

I stay away on some days as well work full time therefore looking to rent out the double bedroom. As long as you're laid back and reasonably tidy, we'll be just fine!

The flat has been recently furnished, bedroom is spacious, has a double bed and a desk for work. Tidy shared back garden.

The Inch area is really quiet and safe at all times, predominantly families are living here.

Cameron Toll Shopping Centre with Aldi, Sainsbury's, The Gym etc. is 10 minutes walk, Peffermill football complex is around 15 minutes walk.

Buses go to the city centre from both Gilmerton Rd and Old Dalkeith Rd which take around 30 minutes to get to Princess St.
