I am moving out of the flat and I need a replacement for my room. The house is in perfect resdential area 20mins from the city centre. The bus stop and the tram station is 5mins away from the house.
The toilet is newly furbished and kitchen storage space is also great.
We also have a parking space available if needed. We also have a beautiful backyard with a storage room at the back of the house.
My flatmate is a working professional and goes to the office Mon-Friday. We are looking for a working professional ideally. Working from home is not an issue as well.
