Huge bright room in LOVELY flat on the Meadows

This is an especially lovely, large room in an unusually great flat, located right on the edge of the Meadows.

You have your own huge room, your own private bathroom (toilet, bath/shower). It is a room, with loads of natural light, sun filled in summer and even though it is so big it is warm in winter as the flat has great heating, which is paid by the landlady (that's me).

The rent includes a cleaner, who comes every two weeks and cleans the bathrooms and shared open plan kitchen and livingroom. So the place stays feeling really lovely all the time.

You would be sharing with two others. one is French/Scottish and works at Edinburgh Uni, the other originally from Shir Lanka and a therapist (both male). They have lovely rooms of their own and the flat is really spacious, so there is no 'squashed up sharing' feel.

The entire flat was FULLY renovated in 2020, with first tenants moving in during 2021, so it is fresh and purposefully decorated with lots of intention and care. The walls a soft white, the floors either neutral clean carpet, or classic natural 100% wooden floorboards. The windows have classic wooden shutters in the Edinburgh style, which keep things cosy in winter.

The heating is great. There is loads of light and beautiful sunsets. The living room has 2 sofas and a fat chair, for lounging and relaxing. There is dining table and chairs, a coffee and laptop working area near the window, a fully working kitchen, with new gas hob and new electric oven (both new during 2023). A big excellent fridge freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettles etc etc ... you get the picture,, everything is there.

The bedroom that is available, as double bed, and enough room to have a bedroom area, a study area and a lounge ares. There are two good fat chairs, so you have comfy space in the shared living room, or your own comfy space in your own room.

Oh and all bills included and that includes the cleaner for the flat and cleaner for the shared stairwell down to the main front door.

There is also a shared garden with trees, lots of birds and place to sit.
