We are Sean and Cameron - two young(ish) professionals looking for another friendly and considerate housemate, as our number three is sadly leaving us for Canada!

Ideal Housemate:

Ideally suited for a young professional looking for a super convenient place to stay, who is warm, personable and social, but cognisant and respectful of the quiet, calm environment that we enjoy here. (No students for council tax reasons - sorry!)

We are not a party household and are only looking for those that are of the same mindset. No smoking and tidiness in common areas is an absolute must. We’re a diverse household in lots of ways, and members of all communities are welcome.

A bit about us:

I’m Sean - I work in Architecture and the other current housemate is Cameron, who works as a scientist. We are both friendly and easygoing, and are kept busy with work schedules and commitments/hobbies beyond this. We both enjoy cycling/running/swimming and I do a lot of work in art direction/curation on the side. Always up for chats in the kitchen, movie watching, Saturday morning Holyrood Park-Runs and sharing laughter.

Rent: £633.33 excluding bills. Bills per month is roughly £150/£140 each (council tax band F). Deposit is £698

Included: Large shared kitchen and living room, small private gravel garden and small private garage for a bike etc. The complex comes with a small free fitness suite, concierge desk and free parking.

Between Easter Road and Leith Walk, we’re close to lots of coffee shops and bakeries. Lidl Easter Road is 9 minutes walk and McDonald Road Tram station/Tesco Express is 5 minutes in the other direction. Waverley station is a 25 minute walk, easily accessed on the tram also. Great for professionals with work in town or in Leith.
