I am a current tenant in this gorgeous flat right off Leith Walk, a 10 minute walk from Prince's Street and with a pretty park right outside on a quiet residential street. Has a wonderful big lounge, great kitchen for 2 with lots of equipment provided and a shared bathroom with a bath. Bills tend to come to about £130 a month including gas/elec, wifi and council tax, but this will likely decrease in summer! Council tax band D.
My flatmate is moving out start of June, so looking for someone to move in ideally weekend of 8th June. The room is the larger of the two, comes with fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers and a small desk with chair. Has a double bed and a wonderful view of the park. McDonald road tram stop is a 2 min walk from flat so super connected by tram or bus.
Super close to all amenities, think Big Tesco, Lidl and a medium Sainsburys. Would be living with me, Gemma, a 22 year old young professional who is looking for a flatmate that is friendly, but also happy to have our own space when wanted. Love hanging out together for a movie night, or to binge the latest Married at First Sight Australia. Big into baking, visiting the nearby Stockbridge and the Botanics. Like to keep the flat clean but lived in :) Looking for young professionals only (no students sorry!), like to do a mix of going out but also having chilled nights in.
