Seeking a professional for swapover on joint tenancy in the most beautiful Edinburgh flat!

I’m moving out of my large king room with view of Meadows and Bruntsfield Links, within walking distance of the city centre and great public transport links to town and Royal Infirmary Hospital.

It’s a two person flatshare in a gorgeous Marchmont tenement. Preference for male as other housemate is male. Very relaxed living environment and looking for another professional who is easy going and keeps a tidy house.

Next rent due on May 23rd so MUST be ready to take over joint tenancy from this date and able to undergo letting agency referencing checks asap :)

Rent will be approx £670 pcm (not including bills).

Bills include council tax, energy and WiFi, and will be an additional £165 pcm.
