Double room available in a four bed flat in the Newington area. Looking for someone to move in ASAP.

Ten minute walk to Cameron Toll Shopping centre with numerous amenities such as a 24 hour gym, aldi, poundland, coffee shop etc. Five minute walk to the commonwealth pool and around a 20 minute walk to get to the Royal Mile. A stones throw away from the meadows and the back of Arthur's seat which is great for going on a walk/run.

Bus stop right outside with frequent buses to the city centre and beyond, including night buses. Permit parking also available.

Little about us. We are three girls all in our 20s. We are sociable, love to cook, bake and brunch. We are all trying to get back into our fitness so anyone into yoga, hillwalking etc are welcome! We all do shift work which can be different hours during the week including nights and weekends.

Looking for somebody with a similar routine who likes to socialise and are looking for friendly flatmates!

Bills will be around £125 per month including council tax, gas, electricity & WiFi.

Unfortunately no pets or couples allowed. LGBTQ+ friendly.
