A private parking space with a permit is included (just outside new low emissions zone). Electric heating. Right on cycle route 1 and innocent railway path.

The flat is in a nice quiet development, but a few mins walk from bustling south clerk Street and very convenient for city centre, edi uni, commonwealth pool etc; right by Arthur's seat! The flat would suit respectful tennants into this quiet block (I. e. if you try and have wild parties other residents will complain which creates a situation neither me nor you want!)

I'm a private landlord which hopefully means you don't have to deal with some of the less desirable aspects of certain letting agents. It does however also mean I'm looking for tennants who would be willing and able to assist with, for example, arranging access for tradespeople if any maintenanceis required!
