Double bed in Queer flat

hello i'm moving out of my flatshare and looking for someone to replace me, i live with 4 great flatmates of artists, cooks and hospitality workers, all super friendly!

We're a majority queer household 27-30yrs old. There's 5 bedrooms in total with 2 bathrooms, and a joint kitchen/living that's really modern.

We also have garden access, the flat is on great junction street so at the bottom of leith walk. the tram stop is 2 mins away and there's loads of bus routes that pass by. The big Tesco and Lidl are less than 5 mins away.

We pay an extra £100 a month for bills.

the flat is nice and modern, my room isn't wide but it is long and there's great potential to make it homely.

my flatmates are good at giving space, everyone works busy jobs but they also enjoy flat dinners and dinner conversation to connect.
