Nice double bedroom with bathroom in city centre

Hey! I am moving out of this flat so need someone to take my room. It's a nice double room with plenty space and storage and a bathroom on the same floor for the occupant. The flat is basically a house over three floors which we have to ourselves, located just off Shandwick Place in the city centre. The property's fully furnished with a large living room, decent sized kitchen (with dishwasher), and laundry room. The council tax is band G, and bills generally come to between 100 and 140 a month. You'd be sharing with three guys who are really nice and friendly, and who are happy to hang out or do the odd night at the pub, or leave you to do your own thing.
