I am moving out of this flat and so I need someone to take my room.
It's a nice double bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat, with plenty of space, two large drawer chests and one wardrobe.
Looking for someone to move in from ideally 14th June.

The flat is located within 8 min walk to the Haymarket Station. It's fully furnished and has a lovely shared back garden.
The rent is £550 a month and includes broadband, but excludes all other bills, which usually are between £200 - 220 a month shared between two people. Council tax band C.

You'd be sharing with one professional who is really nice and friendly, and who is happy to hang out or do the odd night at the pub, or leave you to do your own thing.
