Portobello room available

Hello lovely people!

My name is Ben and I have a double bedroom available in a lovely 2 bedroom flat in sunny Portobello. The flat is located right at the start of Portobello on Kings Road and has very convenient bus routes into and around the city such as the 26, 19, 45 and a handy 21 for cutting over to Leith. Also located within 30 seconds walk to the beach and you can see and hear the sea from the bedrooms. The flat also has a private shared garden, on street parking and is no more than 5 minutes walk from an Aldi. The bedroom itself comes as unfurnished, however the rest of the flat is partly furnished with TVs, sofa and kitchen utilities.

I am a full time bartender, so it's possible that we could go a day or two without seeing each other due to my shift patterns. When in the flat I sometimes keep to myself, and likewise love a little hangout playing card/board/video games, watching movies, having a little drink and laughing it up.

Earliest move in date would be the 8th of June. Looking for another easy going professional to share my home with. Rent is £425 each plus council tax, WiFi and bills equals to aroind £610 a month each.
