Room available short let/ potentially long let

Hi,

I am looking for someone to take my room while I am working abroad. I will be away for 6 weeks. 15th of June to 27th of July.
The room might become available long term also. I should be able to confirm this by the end of June maybe a lot sooner.

The house is located in a very nice central peaceful area. Close to Inverleith park, Stockbridge and Craigleith Retail Park.

It’s a 25 minute walk to Princess street. Alternatively there is a bus stop 3 minutes away from the house.

You will be sharing a floor/ bathroom with only one other flatmate.

We also have a massive living room/kitchen area. And a decent size garden.
