Mon/Tues/Wed, 2 to 3 Night Stays Only

I'm looking to offer my spare room to someone that just needs a room for 2 or 3 nights from the choices of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, on the odd occasion or for a few weeks at a time, from the 5th of September 2016.

It will be £20 per night to stay and although I'll provide a duvet and pillows you'll need to bring and take home your own bedding.

I'd prefer a weeks notice for any stays, but please do ask anyway if you find yourself in need of a bed, as the room might be free.

I sometimes work from home so this might not suit a night worker that is not a sound sleeper, as I'll be moving around the apartment during the day, making/taking phone calls etc.

There's no kitchen or lounge facility; it is room only with a shared bathroom. Please no hot food/drinks in the room to save my furniture and carpets.

The room is fully furnished, is large with own TV and is in Comely Bank. All standard bills included (wifi, electric shower, gas central heating.

FaceTime, Skype etc. ok, but no P2P downloading allowed!

You would not be able to use my address for bank accounts etc. and you would not be noted to the electoral role.

Tidiness of shared bathroom is a must!!
