The flat is newly painted, located in central Edinburgh. It is ten minutes walk from Princes Street and Royal Mile, five minutes walk from George Square and the Meadows.

The room receives very good sunshine during the day. The size of the room is very large. In the room, besides a king-size bed, a bedside table, study tables/desks, lamp and chairs, wardrobes, and a bookshelf, there is still a lot of space left!

Stove, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, rice cooker, washing machine, cutleries, plates and all cooking utensils are ready for use in the shared kitchen. There is 24-hour hot water shower in the bathroom. The flat is heated by central gas heater in the winter. Other facilities include: irons, ironing board, extra bed for a temporary guest, storage room, etc.

Right downstairs, there are two TESCOs, Sainsbury’s, Farmfoods, Pound Stretcher, Boots and Superdrug and all sorts of small shops! Odeon Cinemas and Filmhouse are also around the corner.

The water bills, council tax and 30Mb/s internet fee are included in the rent.
