Location: Stockbridge Edinburgh, EH4. which is a vibrant, very popular area near to the city centre, in which there are many friendly pubs, restaurants & shops, etc. This is a happy home near to the Water of Leith, within easy walking distance of Princes Street and the West End also of Waverley & Haymarket Stns.[all approx. 10-20 mins on foot] We are very well-served (usually ! - but present roadworks causing disruptions !) by many & varied bus routes to all parts of the City.

The Dbl-bed room is a light & pleasant room, with dbl wardrobe, drawers, & a desk. Viewing by appt. can be arranged .. to suit both parties.

RENT includes: all utility Bills, etc., shared use of bathroom & a seperate shower-room; large Lounge, Dining-room and Kitchen, with all the usual appliances: Washer/Drier, Dishwasher; Microwave, Fridge/Freezer; Help yourself tea/coffee avail. 24/7.
