The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe (the desk in the photograph will not be in the room). The bedroom has a separate bathroom (not en suite) which is not shared with the other room.

Current resident is a working professional (accountant) and only looking to share with another female, sorry no students.

Rent is exclusive of council tax and other bills.

The flat has a good sized living room which gets plenty of sunlight. There is also a balcony, a separate kitchen and off street parking. The flat has a washing machine/dryer and broadband.

Location wise the flat is a 5 minute drive from the city centre (approx 20min walk) and there is a regular bus service nearby.

The current resident is fairly quiet during the week, playing a good amount of sport but makes the most of their weekends so looking for someone similar.
