Hi, I want to sublet my room which is located in Newington, 10mins walking to the central Edinburgh University Campus and around 20 mins to Princess Street. The flat has 3 rooms and there are 2 other undergraduate students sharing the flat. The room is of a very good size with double glazing so it is warm without heating during the spring and summer seasons. The flatmates are friendly, considerate and rather quiet. The rent is 330£ but it can be negotiated as I really want to let this room soon. The room is available from 19th of May till 31 of September.
