Located around St. Leanords and a 10 min walk from George square, Rent is 372. 5 a month excluding bills which rarely total 50 pounds a month.
The room has a single bed, desk, and ample storage space. You also get your own bathroom!
The rest of the flat is furnished with comfy leather couches, a great dining table, and a kitchen with a lot of room to move around and cook up a storm. Best part is Arthur’s seat is our backyard!
(Rent period is a minimum of 6 months, preferably till end of September or longer)
