We live in a lovely, homely flat in Marchmont, close to many university campuses and right by the Meadows. Our flat is newly decorated and moved into. We have a large, modern kitchen which is perfect for cooking, baking and having friends over for dinner or drinks. Our sitting room is homely and comfy, perfect for relaxing in front of the tv or watching a movie! The bedroom is furnished with desk, double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and bookshelf. Bills and internet are included with monthly rent.

We are a tidy, relaxed couple of female students. We'd love a friendly third flat mate, preferably another student who can have a fun time with! Our preference is a student, so there's no worry about council tax, and a female so we can make friends and have fun together! With both being in third year, we work hard but always enjoy flat time together so are looking for someone who is friendly and easy going!
