Hi there,

I'm looking for a female lodger for the 2nd bedroom in my flat. I'm a 28 year old professional and I have a teeny tiny cat who lives here too.

It's a gorgeous, clean and spacious flat with brilliant transport links to the city centre. Can see Napier uni from the window, 10 min walk. No noisy neighbours either! All bills included comes to £400. If only required 5 nights a week this can be adjusted accordingly.

Looking for someone who is clean & tidy, not a party-animal. It's a very quiet building so coming in at all hours isn't really on the menu. Must be a fan of cute cats :)
