I'm renting my 1 bedroom flat as I will be away for work. Please mention this is a SHORT TERM let only. It would suit a single person or a couple looking for a stay of up to three weeks in Edinburgh (for leisure or business). The flat is modernly furnished and benefits from free parking. Rent is £200 per week with bills included. Please mention there is no broadband at the flat. A deposit of £350 is required and will be returned in the last day of tenancy.
If you are interested, reply to my ad by mentioning a bit about yourself, dates that you want to stay and reason for staying. A viewing can be arranged on 2nd Feb. The flat is available from 2nd Feb to 24 Feb.
