Central and bright double room in Haymarket

Hi All!!
My flatmate is going back to her country so I have a room available in my flat from the 15th of February. The flat is in Haymarket, 5 min by walk from Princess St and 3 minutes by walk from Haymarket Train Station. It is a two bedrooms flat with living room, kitchen and bathroom. The room has a double bed, walk in wardrobe, drawer, desk and chair.
Something about me: I am Italian 35 years old professional, working Mo to Fri 8:30 to 5 pm. I love travelling, going out, meeting people and reading about psychology. I am open-minded, very sociable, easy to talk with and I keep the common space clean and do not throw party in the flat everyday.
I am looking for a guy or girl friendly, respectful and trustworthy, someone who cleans the common areas on a roster basis. Simple isn't it?
The rent is 350 monthly with a 6 month minimum contract and one month deposit.
Apart the rent, there is:
*Council Tax 97 (each)
*Virgin Internet 50 Mbps 15 (each)
*Scottish Power 23 (each)
I can save the time for the math, it is about 485 per month (each). The flat is in a good and central location, quite at night, double glasses and very bright, as you can see from the pictures. No smoker and No pets!
