Up for grabs is a double room with use of your own bathroom in a beautiful flat on the Shore, Leith.
The property is a 3 bedroom flat which you will be sharing with one other female!
There is a large open-plan living area with big kitchen, livingroom and a gorgeous balconey overlooking the Shore.
Lots of lovely restuarants and bars nearby and only 15 minutes on the bus to get into the heart of the city!
I am very sad to be leaving the flat as I love living here and my flatmate is awesome but I am being transferred to a office for work and will need to move (probably in March).
The rent is £400 pcm and bills are about £135 a month plus gas and electricity:

TV Licence £12
Gas/elec is paid by the quarter
The most important thing is that you are the sort of person who will look after the property and you are the sort of person who will get on with the current occupant.
We are looking for someone easy going, professional, no pets, no DSS.
Viewings can be arranged Tue - Thurs from 6pm - 8pm or on a Sat - Sun at around 12 noon.
