Currently occupied by students however one student is leaving for 10 months so this room will be available for a minimum of 6 months, maximum 10. Applicants will require to go through the process of signing the lease with the Property Letting Centre and a deposit of approximately £350 will be required.

As specified, this is occupied by students so expect a student atmosphere, i. e. occasional parties and midnight revision cramming.

Preferably looking for someone who is a student or a professional that is down to earth and does not mind interacting with an array of people. A clean and tidy person is preferred but as long as you aren't vile to live with then thats ok too.
