Lovely bedroom in Marchmont flat! (Short term)

Hi! I am moving out of my flat in late May and I am looking for someone to replace me. It is a 4 bedroom flat with three other lovely girls. We are all very sociable and respectful and love to catch up at the end of the day. We love hanging out together but can also give you personal space. The flat is very clean and keep a weekly rota that that we would expect you to follow too!!

We pay 5.25 pounds month/person for wifi and about 23month/person for bills, depending on the month.
We have a spacious kitchen with a lot of seating.
The room to rent is small but it's more than enough space for one and a double bed!
