Student Room on Marchmont Crescent

My flatmates are moving out of my flat and I am looking for someone to take one of their rooms at least over summer.
After summer, I am planning to leave the flat and so current tenants can stay on if they choose to.
I am a master's student in Maths at the University of Edinburgh and will be renting over the summer while I finish my dissertation.
The flat is first floor and in a great location on Marchmont crescent, with only a 10 minute walk to the George Square campus and bus links to King's campus.
It has a large kitchen and communal area, a spare room for storage and a shared garden.

The room is available for £750 per month.
