We are three postgraduate students (2 females, 1 male) at UoE who have secured a flat in Marchmont, just across the Meadows, 3 minutes from George Square.
The lease is from the 1st of September and it lasts 11 months.
The flat is gorgeous, just has been refurnished. Large and modern kitchen, spacious living room, 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. We are looking for a postgraduate student (due to council tax reasons) to take the single room, preferably male.
Internet is already in place and included in the rent. Gas and electricity are not.
