Flatmate wanted! - June/July move in date

Hi there,

We are looking for a flatmate to come and join us from June/July in our Morningside flat.

The room is furnished with a double bed, dresser and wardrobe. The flat is bright and spacious with double glazed windows. We are around a 30 minute walk from King's Buildings and 20 minutes to Merchiston campus. We are on a direct bus route for the 38 and 23, with connections to the 5, 11, 16 and 36.

We are two Chemistry students going into our 4th year at the University of Edinburgh. We are a reasonably quiet flat but love a games night and inviting friends over. We like the flat tidy and have communal chores which we could be looking for our new flatmate to contribute to.

We would ideally be looking for another student to move in for council tax reasons.
