Great room in family home (choice single/double)

We offer a very large double and a good sized single bedroom in our friendly vegetarian family home. For females only please.

The double room has a double bed, a sofa (sofa-bed)desk, 39" flatscreen and DVD player, the single bedroom is a good size, it has a bed, TV, small desk to study and good storage.

There’s also super fast 100 Meg broadband wi fi throughout the house.

As a veggie family, we only allow veggie cooking in the house. Our previous guests have been non veggie and this has never ben a problem, so we’re happy if you’re a non veggies as long as you’re ok with this house rule.

Rooms are suitable for a PhD student, an undergrad student, internship, Grad Placements or a professional (NHS perhaps). International students are very welcome.

We’re in a great location and are just a short walk to both Edinburgh University’s Kings Buildings and to The Royal Observatory.

It takes less than 18 minutes to the main university campus at George Sq by bus direct from our home, and we are also on a direct bus route taking you to the city centre in around 25 mins. Buses also go directly to the Royal Infirmary Edinburgh (14 minutes), and to the Western general hospital.

The rent £550 pcm double room and £450 pcm single room – This includes all bills, internet, cable TV and Council Tax, and gives you access to everything you’ll need in the house . You'll have no bills to pay, so given the standard of accommodation, all in all its a pretty good deal!
