Private Flat for Rent

Room available from 28th May till 31st July 2024! Short-term let!!

We are looking for a third person to join our very central flat as our flatmate is leaving us at the end of the month! Students and professionals welcome, preferably in their 20s!

About the room:
Clean room with single bed, lots of storage space including wardrobe, chest of draws, desk space and bookshelves! It has a lovely view of the Salisbury Crags and a window that lets in a lot of light.

About the flatmates:
We are two girls in our 20s! Both students but one is over here for work and the other just finished her degree. We enjoy spending time together and having a chat but respect personal space - we’ll both be working quite a bit over the next few months so we understand the need for downtime when required! We are clean and very friendly :)

The flat itself is a fully furnished three-bed with one bathroom, a large living room area and a kitchen with all amenities.
It is very central - in Newington, close to all supermarkets, a short walk to Princes Street as well as to Holyrood park!

The room is £510 pcm including bills
