A lovely double bedroom available in a beautiful and light apartment in the heart of Stockbridge / New Town area and only 10 minutes from Princes Street.

The flat is nicely furnished and with plenty of space. It has a terrace at the back of the building and secure parking too. However, the first
thing everyone notices is the huge dining and living room.

I am a 29-year-old male solicitor working in the city centre. I am often away working, rock climbing and meeting friends but I like to live with someone who enjoys a friendly chat when they come home and who is up for sharing the occasional meal or movie on a rainy night.

The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed and chest of drawers as well as some bedside units.

I expect utility bills to be roughly £80 each, and Council Tax is £100 each.

Suitable for someone who wants a quiet, friendly place to live. I'm
happy to live with a mature student or professional.
