Flatmate wanted for spacious Stockbridge flat

Today I paid the holding deposit for an amazing flat in Stockbridge. I'm going to the letting agent to a deposit meeting tomorrow morning.

Here's the thing, the guy I was planning to share with has had to bail due to unforeseen circumstances, so I am now looking for someone to share with me. It has been crazy trying to find a flat, so there is no way I want to let it go!

The rooms are all big (two double bedrooms) and there are two bathrooms so we will have one each. The kitchen is large, well fitted, and has a utility area.

About me: I am 21, a graduate surveyor, just started working in Edinburgh. I play acoustic guitar and write my own songs (not loudly in the flat though!) Not really into nightclubs, but like to socialise with a few drinks at the weekend. Like to play a bit of sport, squash and golf and enjoy watching football. I have lived with lots of different people over the years and would say I get along with most people

I am looking for someone trustworthy, friendly and who likes a laugh. You will need to be in full time employment and be able to provide reference details etc to the landlord.

I think the deposit is going to be one month's rent but will find that out tomorrow! There will be council tax and bills on top of the rent.
