All the rooms are fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, set of drawers, desk, chair, lamp and bedside tables.

The house features a good size kitchen with all appliances; everything is included from cutlery, crockery, pots and pans to dishwasher and washing machine.
The living room is very large and makes it easy to socialise with other housemates.
The two bathrooms are shared between 3 bedrooms. All the others are en-suite.

The weekly rent INCLUDES ALL BILLS, Superfast Fibre-Optic Broadband (WIFI) and use of all appliances.

Communal areas within the house include the large lounge, kitchen/dining room, an outside garden and garage for storage etc.

Off road parking is available and good bus routes to the city centre and UEA bus stop is across the road from the property. With buses running every 20 minutes.

The house is fitted with all the most modern safety conventions including a fire alarm system with fire extinguisher. The house is also fitted with 24 Hour CCTV all around the house with secure locks on each door. There is no crime in the area at all.

The house is situated in Chapel Break, which is a wonderful area with friendly neighbours. It is so peaceful with a great sense of community with great communal areas like the Bowthorpe Gardens and great walks.
There is a supermarket (Roys) about 10 minutes walk away. There are a lot of local amenities including a park 30 seconds walk away, carvery (10 min walk), bowling centre (10 min walk) and lovely walking and bike routes. The University and Sportspark is about 15 minutes by bicycle. Town centre is about 15 minutes by car or the bus goes to the UEA, Hospital and City Centre (Orange Line).

The current housemates are extremely friendly and like to be social but also respect others privacy.
