Single Room available to rent in Bowthorpe

A single room within a 5 bedroom shared house is available to rent.

The house is located at 7 Rimer Close, Bowthorpe (NR5 9HZ), a five minute bus ride (#22 Orange Line Bus) from the University of East Anglia.

There is a shared living room, dinning room and kitchen. As well as a garage and a garden.

There are three bathrooms in total in the house. The one downstairs is a toilet only. There is a shared bathroom at the top of the stairs, and an en-suite in one of the bedrooms.

The room available to rent is a furnished single room.

The rent for the room is £320, without bills. We tend to allocate another £50 each for any bills (water, electricity, internet and TV rental) and any other expenses.

There are four other housemates; 3 male and one female. We are all students at the university. It's a very happy and friendly household.
