Your double bedroom would be one of a pair sharing a well equipped bathroom containing shower, bath, basin and WC. Each large, comfortably furnished bedroom has ample electrical sockets plus TV, phone and ethernet (for shared broadband) sockets. Wireless broadband also available throughout the house.

To say that the open plan living area is roomy is an understatement (see photos). It consists of a kitchen (with central island range cooker, american style fridge freezer, two further undercounter fridges, double sink with double drainer and lots of work surface and storage), dining area, double height entrance hall and a cosy sunken sitting room complete with 42" smart TV and log burning stove. All of this is overlooked by a large galleried first floor music/games area.

Underfloor heating throughout ensures the house is comfortable year round.

All bills included in rent. No smoking in the house please. Washing machine provided. Sorry no pets. Can't think of anything else.
