The double room is a good size, light and quiet with a double bed, its own washbasin, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. It also offers the additional benefit of an aerial point for a TV. The room is light & airy and attractively furnished. The windows are double glazed. The large radiator can be controlled in the room to provide the heat you wish.

There is unlimited broadband and good wireless connectivity from the room.

The room is ideal for someone looking to live independently, but you’ll have use of the kitchen & family bathroom. There is only use of the living room when I am away overnight. This can be quite frequently, as I own a camper van. For example I have just been away for the last six weeks and I will be away for most of May and many times during the summer.

The room is situated in a semi-detached house in a very quiet location. Castle Acre is a picturesque historic village with a castle & priory. It’s not only got a beautiful pub on the village green, but also tea rooms with delicious cakes and meals. Castle Acre also has a large Spar shop with fish and chip shop attached and a post office. The shop is a couple of minutes walk from the house. There is also an antique/junk shop and second hand book shop. Yoga is taught several times a week at the Red Lion. West Acre, a couple of miles down the road, has a thriving theatre and art group.

The village is located approximately 15 miles from King’s Lynn and Downham Market,12 from Fakenham 16 from Dereham, less than 9 from Marham and 5 from Swaffham. It is only 40 minutes drive to the city of Norwich and to the North Norfolk coast.

I am looking for someone Monday to Friday and have, therefore reduced the rent from £400 to £350 per calendar month (inclusive of all bills and wireless internet).
I would, however, be willing to consider all week for £400 per month.

An additional bonus is that you can use my garage at all times and save scraping that frost off the windows in the mornings!!

I have a dog, but she is well behaved and although she will greet you with a toy when you come home from work, she will not disturb your sleep - morning or night.

I lead a quiet life and also will not disturb you. As I have said, I have a campervan and there could be times when I am away for weeks at a time and you will have complete use of the house.

Professional person (non smoker) preferred (references essential).

Oh and if green isn't your colour I would be happy for the room to be redecorated.
