This is a double room to let in Chedgrave, NR14. The double room is available now and consists of a large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, shelves, TV/DVD and bedside table. Available for individuals or couples. Must be over 18 and have a professional career, no DSS or children.

The house is approximetley 10m from a bus stop to Norwich and Lowestoft(First X2). Approx time to Norwich is 20min with only one other stop before Norwich Bus Station. Very regular timetable.

The room is within an end of terrace with the owners living in. We have pets (dogs and cat) so be aware. However, they will not have access to your room or upstairs.

You have access to the shared bathroom and shared kitchen with contents inc washing machine, oven, microwave, etc. Use of living room and contents at invitation only. Use of garden and outside area is also included.

Roadside parking available.

All Bills inclusive of rent(Including; Council Tax, Gas, electricity, water, WiFi)

You will need your own contents insurance.
