Lovely room with a built in cupboard and plenty of storage around the flat along with a loft and shed, laminate flooring in room, hallway, living room and bathroom. Newly fitted kitchen and bathroom which has a built in shower, own garden and parking infront and around the back...
A double bed will also fit in the room with a bedside cabinet

THE ROOM IS UNFURNISHED.... HOWEVER IF YOU FIND A BED I WILL REMOVE THE COST FROM THE RENT.

Regular buses to and from the city, pub and bus stops 3 minutes down the road along with a post office, premier shop, kebab, chip shop, snooker Hall, swimming pool you can rent out, fishing lakes and then the community centre. The is also a free sainsbury bus which runs on a Tuesday and Thursday to longwater.

I'm a easy going mature 23yo who likes a clean home bearing in mind this ain't going to be entirely possible owning a dog lol.. so I would hope to have someone who will keep the place clean and tidyish, how the room is kept is entirely down to you as ultimately is your space.

Deposit will be given back in full upon payment of first months rent.
