It is on the first floor of a three storey townhouse. The bathroom is also located on this floor. Downstairs there is a modern and stylish open plan kitchen/dining area/lounge as well as a cloakroom with WC. In the lounge there is a 42" plasma TV with a Blu-ray home cinema system. Outside there is a lawned garden with small patio area.

The house is located in Queens Hills Country Park, Costessey which is a modern housing development set in a rural setting just 6 miles from Norwich. Located near (but not too near!) to the A47 it offers great access to both the university and the hospital as well Norfolk generally.

For the shoppers the house is a stone's throw from the Longwater Retail Park home to a number of stores including a large Sainsbury's, M&S Foodhall, The Range, Boots, Staples, Argos and a large Next store. In addition there are frequent buses to the city and easy access to the A47.

For the sporty types there is a Bannatynes gym with pool nearby plus a brand new community centre.

For those that like to eat out there are fast food chains such as Pizza Hut, KFC and McDonald's nearby as well as pub food at The Copper Beech and The Showground. Plenty of fine dining can be found in the city and in neighbouring villages such as at The King's Head in Bawburgh.
