Furnished double room to rent

I'm a 46 yr old professional lady who works Mon-Fri. I have a daughter who is living away at university and is only home for odd weekends and holidays.

We live in a three storey, four bedroom house in Queens Hills, close to amenities and with easy access the the A47 Southern bypass. There is a bus stop nearby with regular buses into Norwich (First buses, number 24). Access to the N&N and UEA by car is around 15 minutes.

I'm looking for a female professional/postgrad student to share with, someone who is easy going, clean and tidy. I have two double room options available. The first is a standard sized double room with double bed, small wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and dressing table (will reduce the price for this room). The second is a larger double room with superking sized bed, wardrobe, three large chests of drawers, two bedside cabinets, large TV. Both options will require sharing a bathroom or shower room if my daughter is home for holidays.

The single bedroom is shared and used for hanging laundry, ironing etc. The house is modern and fully kitted out with integrated appliances including washing machine and dishwasher. There is off street parking available, and a garage which is used for storage.

I have a cat, but don't smoke so no smokers need apply please. Hoping to find someone friendly and sociable. Thanks for looking!
