Double Room & Garden + easy access to City centre

I have a double room available in a semi-detached house with garden and shed.
The room comes with a double bed & quality IKEA mattress, and features built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is shared.

I have a washing machine, new fridge & dishwasher, and the garden shed has room for a bike etc.

Ideally would like my new housemate to tick all the obvious boxes (clean, considerate, reliable etc) but also help to make the house feel like home. I wouldn’t mind hanging out together, but also like my own space too.

I am a professional actor, avid film, music and coffee enthusiast.

The house is in Drayton , Norwich, and in a very safe and quiet cul-de-sac road. There is a Tesco, post office, pubs and cafés all within 5 min walking distance, and bus routes going directly into city centre (20mins)

Marriotts Way is practically on the doorstep, which is great for walking/running, cycling.

The room is £585 bills included (£628 every 6 months with water)
