We have one bedroom available from the end of September. It is currently furnished, can be unfurnished if required. All you need to bring is your own belongings

The room has lots of electrical sockets and TV ariel. You will be sharing a bathroom with bath and shower with one other only. Bedroom is not overlooked it has lovely view of fields. Although property is main road, it is quiet with secondary glazing and room is at the back of the house.

It features all appliances; everything is included from cutlery, crockery to ironing board, own cupboard space, electric oven with gas hob, and washing machine. Also utility room to hang laundry.

The rent includes all bills, EE , which is uber fast Wireless internet, phone line with free evening and weekend local calls.

The house is very spacious, communal areas within the house include modern and stylish open plan kitchen/dining room, large lounge, utility room, downstairs bathroom, garage and an outside garden. In the lounge there is a 42" 3D Smart TV with a Blu-ray home cinema system, also surround sound system fitted throughout the downstairs of the house. There is also open plan TV in the Kitchen/Dinner area.

A front drive for off road parking, a few minute walk to supermarket, shops, Post Office, two local pubs, with restaurants, Dominio Pizza, 2 minutes from the bus stop in Drayton. Minutes away from Marriots way for walking & cycling For the sporty types there is a David Lloyd gym with pool a couple of miles away.

We have a resident small dog, Maltese Terrier who is quiet, gentle natured and friendly, he is only permitted in certain areas of the home when unaccompanied.
Our current lodger has just brought new house and is now moving out, so we are looking for a professional or mature student to share and live in a friendly and easy going household. I am a live in landlord and another tenant is a professional male. We are super busy people in & out, if you are respectful, clean and tidy and want to share warm & friendly living space With us we looking forward to welcoming you.

The price includes regular bills such as gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband and TV licence.

We do have a cleaner for our communal areas, who comes every other week, however you are expected to clear up after your self leaving the place as you found it.
