V, a cleaner comes in twice a week, all rooms have TV points The house is Double glazed has new carpets and decor throughout and is centrally heated it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Lounge, Dining room, study, large Kitchen/diner and gardens. I am looking to rent out a double room to a working person. Sorry no DSS and no smoking in the property but outside in the garden is fine.
