One Bedroom And Front Room For Rent

I have a three bedroom house. i do prefer a working woman. I have unlimited access to the internet. gas and central heating. there are two front rooms so there's a bedroom and a front room you can use. I live with another woman who's very shy. so we need someone who isent too loud and who don't want to have any parties. we keep to ourselves and would like the same. only two rules I have is no smoking in the house and I don't want no one staying over. if u can respect them rules we will get on great. a little respect is always good :) look forward to hearing from you :))) we can speak about the deposit if u don't have one.
