Double Rooms available in a 4 bed house (£350 per room), which will be freshly decorated and with all new furniture: inclusive of a bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and bedside lamp. There is a shared kitchen, shared dining area, and laundry facility. There is also a patio area. This is a quiet, clean house and you will each be responsible for keeping communal areas clean. Bills included, and broadband available free too. Resident parking permits can be purchased from the local Council for a small fee. I am a National Landlord Association member and am fully accredited through them. The house is close to town, bus station and amenities; and is within 5 minutes walk to the seafront/beach.
